Ambassadors/Mentors
As part of the Department of Maritime Studies’ ongoing commitment to extroversion and engagement with its alumni network, the role of Ambassador/Mentor has been established. This role combines that of a Department Ambassador and a Mentor for current students.
The Ambassadors/Mentors are graduates of the Department who are actively involved in the job market and possess a high academic standing. They voluntarily undertake this dual role with the aim of:
- As Ambassadors, supporting the Department and its students, actively promoting its vision and mission, and participating in its initiatives.
- As Mentors, sharing their experience and knowledge with students whenever their guidance is sought.
