Workshop on “Maritime Arbitration and Mediation”

On March 2019, the Department of Maritime Studies and the Hellenic Shipbrokers Association co-organized a workshop in “Maritime Arbitration and Mediation”. The students of the Department were given the opportunity to attend the interesting lectures of Mr. A. Tsavdaridis (Partner and Head of the Arbitration Department of the Rokas Law Firm, Lecturer of Law at the DUTH, Secretary General European Court of Arbitration), Mr. G. Theologitis (Former Master, experienced Shipbroker) and Ms. M. Aliferopoulou (Lawyer, LL.M., Member of the Maritime Arbitration Union). The moderator of the discussion was Mr. N. Pentheroudakis, Honorary President at Hellenic Shipbrokers Association. The event was attended by many students and shipping executives.
