On Monday 16 January 2023, Prof. Boile gave an invited speech at the African Development Senior Managers Forum, organised by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in Alexandria Egypt. The Forum addressed the topic of the “Impact of Climate Change on Future Trends of Transport Industry in Africa”. It was attended by 25 participants from 16 African countries (Benin, Gambia, Ghana, Gabon, Sierra Leone, Chad, Central Africa, Liberia, Democratic Congo, Guinea Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Mauritius, Mozambique, Camero, Zambia, and Burkina Faso).
