Η Δρ. Έχει εργαστεί ως μεταδιδακτορική ερευνήτρια στο Department of Strategy & Innovation του Copenhagen Business School καθώς και στο School of Business, Econοmics & Law του Gothenburg University στον τομέα της βιωσιμότητας της ναυτιλίας και είναι πρώην Ερευνητική Συνεργάτης του World Maritime University με εξειδίκευση σε θέματα διαχείρισης της ένεργειας στη ναυτιλία.
