I studied Marketing and Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business and continued my studies at the University of Piraeus (Master in Shipping). My research interests focus on the Experience of the Customer both cognitive and psychologically-emotionally, during Customer Journey in the Transportation and Tourism industry.
